Kenn Kelly

Kenn Kelly is head of strategy and co-founder of Never Settle, a company that builds custom enterprise WordPress and WooCommerce business solutions.

Kenn has founded three tech companies and two world causes. His background in management consulting and building both Fortune 100 and Silicon Valley startup solutions fuel Kenn’s visionary insight in developing SaaS technologies that run global and local companies.

Miles Kailburn

Miles is the Director of Technology and Co-Founder of Fort Collins-based Old Town Media. With a strong background in IT and passion for cutting-edge technology, Miles translates the fancy tech jargon so that the Marketing Department and the entire team can stay ahead of the curve.

Vi Wickam

Vi “The Fiddler” Wickam has been on the bleeding edge of tech business since before he graduated from college and he created his first website around the same time that Larry and Sergey registered Google.com. Vi has been building WordPress sites since 2008, way before it was cool.

He’s currently one of the 42.79 people in the US who know how to properly create and manage Magento eCommerce sites. Vi regularly schools his clients’ competitors with his online business marketing using WordPress and Magento. When he’s not wielding the web, Vi is a champion fiddler and music educator.

Meg Delagrange

Meg is the Creative Director for Wanna Pixel, Inc., a Denver-based web solutions company serving nonprofit organizations. She takes the ideas and puzzle pieces of information from clients and turns them into beautiful, interactive, accessible, and modern user experiences.

David Hayes

David is a developer from Fort Collins, Colorado. He’s been working with PHP for almost a decade, and does a lot of intensive backend work, a fair bit of Javascript, and dabbles with CSS sometimes. He’s big into WordPress — he co-owns and runs the popular development tutorial site WPShout — but he’s got experience with everything from old school PHP to the latest and greatest of Symfony and Laravel. He’s used WordPress since 2007 and still loves it most of all.

This will be David’s second year speaking at WordCamp Denver.

D’nelle Dowis

D’nelle is the owner of Berry Interesting Productions, where her shenanigans include project managing, website building, email marketing, and SEO-ing. Fancying herself first and foremost as a project manager, she boasts industry experience in journalism, marketing, education, printing, publishing, entertainment and community organizing.

She lives and works in Nashville, TN, with her husband and two dogs (although she’ll be moving to Denver in early 2017). She’s on twitter @d_nelle.

Jon Bellah

Jon is a Lead Front-End Engineer at 10up, a world-class web design and development consultancy specializing in WordPress. He is passionate about high performance websites, WordPress, and oxford commas. When he isn’t obsessing over code, Jon enjoys snowboarding in the mountains west of Denver, cycling, and beer league hockey.

Sonja Leix

Sonja is a location-independent WordPress designer and Digital Strategist. She’s an active member of the WordPress community and helps out with community events such as WordCamp Europe. She loves working with passionate people and sharing her experiences with the community.

Amber Hinds

Amber is Co-Owner and Creative Director for Road Warrior Creative, a digital marketing agency in Fort Collins.  In June of 2010, Amber left a marketing director position for the adventurous life of an entrepreneur.  In 5 years, she grew a small freelance business into a thriving agency, taking the business with her in moves to two different states.

Now, Amber manages five, soon to be six, team members and works with clients on a national scale, assisting with branding, online marketing, and growth strategy.  She is an organizer of the Fort Collins WordPress Meetup and Founder & Chairwoman of Allied Women Entrepreneurs, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that serves female entrepreneurs. She is also a member of the WordCamp Denver organizing team this year.

Steve Wells

Steve is the co-founder and UI/UX designer of Strategy11, the company behind Formidable Forms. He started building custom solutions for clients with WordPress 8 years ago. Those client solutions evolved into the Formidable Forms plugin. He loves getting out and meeting fellow WordPress folks and loves the community surrounding this great platform.

Jeremy Green

Jeremy is the owner and lead developer at Endo Creative, a web design company that specializes in building awesome things with WordPress. He has spoken at multiple WordCamps and organizes the Fort Collins WordPress Meetup. His hobbies include mountain biking, cooking, and playing guitar.

Jeremy is also returning as an organizer for WordCamp Denver for his second year.

Cami Kaos

Cami Kaos has always been inquisitive and curious. It’s a quality that has left her enamored with the ever-changing world of technology and the people who build it. That’s how she found herself smack in the middle of the Portland tech scene more than a decade ago, first with blogs and then events and podcasting. Having lived in Portland, Oregon for more than 20 years, she can’t imagine making another city her home, or finding a place better suited for raising her now teenage kid.

Cami works at Automattic as a community organizer for the WordPress open source project, working in the WordCamp community conference program.

Kitty Lusby

Kitty is a full-time professional blogger based in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she moved in order to have 24-hour access to tacos. An entrepreneur since her teen years, her blogging career finally launched in 2014 with a series of freelance gigs that eventually grew into a successful business.

Kitty began to make a name for herself as she built her clients’ brands along with their blogs, and that skill eventually led to a massive rebranding of her personal blog, which is now a resource for bloggers and business owners alike. Tracy Malone

Tracy is the owner of a successful marketing company – CoWEBop Marketing. Her team has been building websites for small businesses for over 20 years. She happily shares her knowledge with the WordPress community as a co-organizer of the Boulder WordPress Meetup.

Diane Whiddon

Diane Whiddon believes in empowering business owners so they can do more of what they love and have more fun while they’re doing it. In 2006, she created Novel Website Design, a company that inspires and empowers clients to make the most of their websites.

Diane builds gorgeous, effective websites and then gleefully teaches her clients how to use them to increase sales, get more customers, and live more fulfilled lives in the process. Check out her site at NovelWebsiteDesign.com where she can’t stop talking about the endless possibilities online.

This will be Diane’s second year speaking at WordCamp Denver.

Aubrey Blankenship

Aubrey is the owner and primary strategist for INFUSEALLY, a marketing strategy firm based in Denver. She has experience teaching marketing classes throughout the metro area and has previously spoken at a variety of networking events and area meetups.

Janel Kane

Janel Kane holds a master’s in marketing communication from the University of Denver and has been developing on WordPress for 5 years. She’s a digital marketing specialist, writer, designer, tinkerer, and general nerd-of-all-trades. She lives and works in Denver, CO. Find her on the web at www.JanelKane.com

Bethany Siegler

Bethany Siegler (of UniqueThink Online Marketing & Web Design) specializes in helping low-tech folks get comfortable with their WordPress websites. At Boulder Digital Arts and the University of Colorado at Boulder, she teaches her students and clients how to use WordPress for their own websites and blogs.

In 2005, Bethany started using WP for blogging, and by 2007 she was an enthusiastic WordPress evangelist. She’s been building sites, teaching and presenting ever since.

In addition to WordPress, Bethany has created fun marketing campaigns for Frank Black (Pixies), OfficeTime, Rock & Pop Music Academy, Boulder Weekly, Fender Guitar, SONY, and Budweiser.

Bethany is an online marketing consultant, speaker and instructor who specializes in email marketing, social media, marketing partnerships, and WordPress.

She has spoken at WordCamp Boulder in 2010 and Denver in 2012 and 2015.

Chris Hinds

Chris started his career as a professional chef 10 years ago. Today he’s the COO and co-owner of a growing digital agency based in Fort Collins, Colorado. He loves connecting businesses and entrepreneurs with intelligent digital solutions.

Pippin Williamson

Pippin Williamson is a WordPress plugin developer from Hutchinson, KS. He runs PippinsPlugins.com and is the founder and lead developer of Restrict Content Pro, Easy Digital Downloads, AffiliateWP and many more WordPress plugins. Beyond WordPress, Pippin has a love for sour beer, home brewing, and is an avid cyclist.

 

Colin Dowling

Colin is the Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Media Temple, growing the company by bringing new technology and services to the hosting market. Prior to his role at Media Temple, Colin worked for WP Engine as an Enterprise Account Executive dedicated to helping agencies and large businesses achieve their digital goals.

He has also served as Vice President of Sales for ISON and staff writer for Footballguys.com for a decade. When not working, he enjoys being outside hiking, playing golf and spending time with his two adorable daughters.

Nathan Ingram

A freelance web developer since 1995, Nathan specializes in building easy-to-use web sites that help small businesses, professional firms, and nonprofit organizations look great on the web.
He is a regular instructor at iThemes Training where he teaches WordPress and freelance business development topics via live webinar.
He also works with web developers individually and in groups to help them become more successful in their freelance businesses.

Jason Bahl

Jason is a WordPress developer at Digital First Media in Denver, Colorado. He currently works on large publishing sites such as The Denver Post, but has a history of building custom WordPress themes and plugins for marketing, e-commerce and real-estate.

Chris Mospaw

Chris Mospaw is a Denver-based computer programmer, published author, web developer,  car enthusiast, great cook, and all around nice guy. He currently works for a company that doesn’t use WordPress, but is the former Senior Lead Developer at Crowd Favorite.

Chris uses WordPress for his personal sites, and has been for over ten years. He has extensive knowledge of WordPress programming, plugins, and themes, plus a few related tools.

Caleb Burks

Caleb is a WooCommerce Ninja at Automattic where he spends every day working in the eCommerce realm, helping people and learning new things. Before Automattic and WooThemes, he was primarily a WordPress theme developer working as a freelancer / contractor.

Tim Blodgett

Tim is a web developer for Endo Creative, a Fort Collins-based web design company. He’s been building custom WordPress themes since 2014, has taught web development courses at Front Range Community College in Fort Collins, and enjoys learning about accessibility and modern CSS.
In his spare time, you can find Tim defending the universe against minions of the darkness in Destiny.

Jessica Wittmier

Jessica Wittmier is a strategic marketing consultant who specializes in content marketing. She’s been behind the scenes helping numerous nonprofits and businesses with email marketing, marketing automation, website launches and social media. Her definition of marketing is holistic: make something great that enriches people’s lives, share it with the world, and help facilitate the conversation about it.

Jessica has her hands in WordPress most days, doing things like optimizing copy for SEO, building forms, and writing blog posts. A Colorado resident since 1985, she relocated from Denver to Colorado Springs in 2008.

Robert Jolly

An accessibility-focused Digital Project Manager with nearly 20 years in the web design industry, Robert has worked on web projects with clients from non-profit, government, higher education, small business, start-up, and enterprise organizations.

Passionate about accessibility, Robert is a core contributor to the WordPress Accessibility Team, speaks at conferences, leads training workshops, and brings a whole-team approach to accessibility and inclusive design.

Ryan Kanner

Ryan is a WordPress Developer for Digital First Media from Denver, Colorado where he works on websites for newspapers such as the Denver Post, and Mercury News. He has been working with WordPress for the past 8 years, building websites and products for customers around the world.

This will be Ryan’s second year presenting at WordCamp Denver.
